Invisalign. The Clear Alternative to Braces

Most people have heard of Invisalign®, the answer to a beautiful smile, which uses clear aligners instead of metal braces. To find out if Invisalign® is right for you, make an appointment with Vancouver Invisalign® specialist Dr. Bianco.

What is Invisalign®?

Invisalign® is a treatment therapy that involves wearing a series of clear, comfortable, and removable aligners. Invisalign® is made using 3D computer imaging technology.

More About Invisalign®

Invisalign® aligners are not only clear, but are removable, which means they can be taken out to eat and drink while you are in treatment. They can also be removed for brushing and flossing. Usually, less time is spent in the specialist's chair, when new aligners are placed, than with other types of orthodontic treatment.

Each set of aligners is worn for only a few weeks, (removing them only to eat, drink, and clean your teeth). With each new aligner placement, your teeth will move, little by little, until they reach the position Dr. Bianco has prescribed.

Wearing your aligners as prescribed and keeping your regularly scheduled appointments will ensure treatment progresses as planned. Invisalign® treatment time and the number of clinic visits required may vary.

"I am 37 years old and Dr. B was my orthodontist at the age of 11 and my smile today is still picture perfect. Dr. B and staff are still fantastic and I remember walking through the doors for my appointments and now I walk through the doors with my daughter for the past 20 months and it is still that fantastic feeling of warm hearted, caring people."

- Angela K.

"The first time I had braces top and bottom. Recently, I decided to have the bottom front straightened again as I really hadn't followed instructions properly, regarding wearing my retainer at the end of treatment. This only took about eight months and now I'm wearing a retainer for about four months.
PS. May I mention I am 84 years old. You are never too old!"

- Eleanor S.

"After just over 18 months the braces came off leaving behind perfectly straight teeth. The gorgeous smile my daughter had been waiting for had happened! Our total orthodontic experience has been great."
